Unit section overview

The Unit section within the Administration Panel of the Ottu dashboard provides merchants with powerful tools to manage and customize key aspects of their customer interactions. Accessible via the three-dot menu in the upper right corner of the dashboard, the Unit section is divided into two primary subsections:

  • Unit Configs:

    This subsection allows merchants to configure notification templates for Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. These customizable templates can be applied at various stages of the payment process—before, during, or after a transaction—ensuring clear and consistent communication with customers.   • Units:

    This subsection enables merchants to manage the information displayed to customers, including site details, contact information, social media accounts, and other essential data. By tailoring this information, merchants can enhance their brand presence and ensure customers have access to relevant and accurate details.
